Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Roseland piece. We will refund any Roseland purchase within 30 days of its arrival at your home, provided the item is returned in as-new condition.

Roseland will cover the cost of return shipping, either by providing a label or arranging a courier, depending on the piece. For items delivered by White Glove service, the original White Glove shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For UPS or FedEx returns, furniture must be disassembled and sent back in its original packaging or in an adequately protective alternative. We recommend opening your packaging carefully and saving it during the return window.
