    If your piece fails due to normal use, we'll replace the affected part for free, charging you only for the shipping. If you need a repair that is aesthetic, or the result of normal wear and tear, we'll charge you only our cost basis and shipping. We will never make a profit from repair.

Warranty Policy for Roseland LLC

Effective as of 1.1.2024: At Roseland LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. We are committed to ensuring that you enjoy our products for years to come. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty, ensuring transparency and peace of mind for our valued customers.

Coverage: Our warranty applies to furniture purchased directly from Roseland LLC or an authorized Roseland LLC retailer. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Warranty Period: The warranty is effective for as long as Roseland LLC is in business and covers the original purchaser of the product.

What is Covered:

  1. Defects in Materials and Workmanship: We warrant that our furniture is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This includes structural integrity, frame stability, and assembly components.
  2. Parts Replacement: Should a part of your furniture prove defective, we will repair or replace the part at our discretion.

What is Not Covered:

  1. Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, aging, or exposure to sunlight.
  2. Misuse or Alterations: Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, or alterations/modifications is not covered.
  3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways for any parts repaired or replaced under this warranty.

How to Make a Claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@roselandusa.com. Please provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected area.
  2. Assessment: Our team will assess your claim and determine if it falls under our warranty coverage.
  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective part. We aim to resolve all valid claims in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Limitation of Liability: Roseland LLC's responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to the Warranty Policy: Roseland LLC reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time. However, the terms in place at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
