Delivery Process

We ship through two methods, UPS and White Glove delivery, depending on the piece. Most items ship free via UPS, but larger or more complex pieces may require in-home delivery and assembly. Some products that typically ship by UPS have the option to upgrade to White Glove for a fee. You’ll see which shipping methods apply directly on the product page.

Assembly and Care Instructions

Pieces that require assembly include printed instructions in the package, and you can also find them below. With regular cleaning and occasional reapplication of a natural, zero-VOC finish—like linseed oil, tung oil, or beeswax—your piece will last for years.
